The DotNetNuke Corporation, originators of DotNetNuke, an open source application framework that is used on tens of thousands of sites is planning its first conference for 2007. To be held in Las Vegas Nevada and entitled OpenForce 07 they have recently issued a call for speakers. I must say I would love to go to this conference, but I don't have a compelling business reason to go. As my full-time job is as a network engineer, not a web developer I can't see much business sense behind it. Still, I'd love to attend. I use DotNetNuke (DNN) on a number of my own sites as well as several for clients. Perhaps as the day draws closer I can find some extra reason (or money) to go.
